Ian Franklin Hypnotherapy Studio is based on the first floor at Wivenhoe Business Centre. When you arrive at the Business Centre please walk to the inside entrance, there are a small set of stairs on the left just as you walk in. Proceed up the stairs, you will pass a kitchen, Ladies & Gents Toilets then the Studio is at the end. There is free parking on site which is generally available but there can be busy times. Other parking is also available close to the Business Centre, some free or a Pay & Display at Cooks Shipyard - which Is £1.00 for up to 2 hours or 50p up to 1 hour, it’s a 1-2 minute walk from there to the Studio. Wivenhoe Business Centre is a 7-10 minute walk from Wivenhoe Train Station.

You Can also Park for Free in the High Street Car Park opposite the Greyhound pub in the High Street. It’s a 4 minute walk to the studio

Walk down the high street over the railway track. Left into Alma Street follow it round , slight right in to Hamilton Road Left into Brook Street the Business Centre is on the left
